1.DEFINITIONS AND INCORPORATION
1.1 "The Agency" refers to Beltleshazzar Ltd (Company Number: 17157446).
1.2 "The Client" refers to any corporate entity, firm, or individual requesting the services of the Agency.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of temporary workers and the provision of human resources management services by the Agency to the Client.

2.COMPLIANCE AND THE NATIONAL LIVING WAGE
2.1 The Agency guarantees that all supplied personnel, temporary workers, and human resources operatives are compensated in strict accordance with the UK National Living Wage legislation.
2.2 The Client agrees to pay the agreed hourly contract charge rate specified in the assignment brief. No contract or temporary placement rate will fall below the statutory legal baseline required to fund valid wage architectures, National Insurance, and regulatory operational margins.

3.REMUNERATION AND BILLING
3.1 The Client shall review and sign weekly timesheets confirming the hours worked by the supplied personnel.
3.2 Invoices are issued weekly by the Agency and are payable by the Client within fourteen (14) days from the date of the invoice, unless alternative corporate payment terms are signed off in writing by a director of Beltleshazzar Ltd.

4.TRANSFER FEES (DIRECT HIRING COVENANT)
4.1 In the event that the Client engages or employs a temporary worker introduced by the Agency directly, or passes their details to a third party who subsequently employs them, within six (6) months of the introduction or termination of the assignment, the Client shall become immediately liable to pay the Agency a Transfer Fee equal to 15% of the worker's annualized starting salary.

5.GOVERNING LAW
5.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
